In this study, a novel visible light active [small beta]-Bi2O3/Bi2Sn2O7 photocatalyst is successfully prepared by incorporating SnO2 into Bi2O3 at a ratio of 1 : 3 using the sol gel-hydrothermal technique and loaded with Pd nanoparticles.
